How it works
From request to keys in four steps.
Request your dates
Pick a car and send your dates below. We reply by text, usually within a few hours.
Verify and sign
Send a photo of your license, sign the rental agreement online, and we place a refundable deposit hold on your card.
Pick up
Meet us at 9140 Campo Road, or ask about delivery. We walk around the car with you and photograph it together.
Return
Bring it back on time with the same fuel level. We check it over and release your deposit.
Rental lengths
Rent for a day or a whole month.
Daily
A single day for an event, errand or a nicer car for a special occasion.
Multi-day
Three days or more at a lower daily rate. Good for weekend trips.
Weekly
Visiting family, work trips, or while your car is being repaired.
Monthly
The lowest rate. Popular with travel nurses, contract workers and people between cars.
What you need
Before you book.
- A valid driver's license. Every driver must be listed on the agreement.
- The minimum age shown on each car.
- A credit card in your name for the refundable deposit.
- Proof of your own auto insurance, if you have it.
- No rideshare or delivery driving, and no smoking in the cars.

Is the car insured?
Yes. Every car carries commercial rental insurance. We'll explain what it covers when you book, and whether your own policy applies too.
How does multi-day pricing work?
Rentals of 3 to 6 days get the multi-day rate for each day. At 7 days the weekly rate applies, and at 28 days or more the monthly rate.
When do I get my deposit back?
We release the hold within 7 days after you return the car, minus anything owed under the agreement, such as fuel, tolls or tickets. We itemize any amount we keep.
What if I go over the included miles?
Extra miles are billed per mile at the rate in your agreement. Tell us about a long trip ahead of time and we'll quote a mileage package.
Do the cars have trackers?
Yes, for theft recovery. As California law requires, we never use them to watch where or how you drive. We only activate one if the car is reported stolen or is seriously overdue.
Can you deliver the car?
Often, yes. Put your address in the request and we'll quote a delivery fee.
